A very pleasant change of scenery today, heading almost due south to as far afield as Bishop’s Castle.  Charlie was accompanying his friend Tom Idle who was setting out on his employers Wakes Week holiday, and heading south for a one week cycling tour.  Charlie did the correct thing, he went with him to Bishop’s Castle and then returned solo on the following day, the August Bank Holiday Monday.
